4th Of July Fireworks Spectacular Today At Ellen Trout Park

It's finally here the 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular with K-Fox 955 the City Of Lufkin and Sponsored by Mike Love and Associates Law Firm. Everything is in place now and we are ready for an amazing show! We are on the Loop in Lufkin at Ellen Trout Park Live all day today, broadcast sponsored by Lufkin Dr.Pepper and Dr.Pepper 10! The Zoo is open, the Z and 00 Railroad is running, we have a bounce house, giant slide, gyro and more for the kids, including a whiffle ball home run contest.

Over 22 Vendors serving everything from funnel cakes to delicious pork-ka-bobos! The Live Entertainment on the main stage starts at 5pm with great local entertainment.

This will be the biggest fireworks display ever thanks to Mike Love and Associates this year. Fireworks start at around 9:15 or as soon as it is dark. Music Choreographed to the fireworks can be heard only on our station, so if you are in the park you can hear it on the speakers, if not you can tune your radio to K-Fox 95.5

Shuttle to and from the park is available for easy access parking at the Lufkin High School. It starts running at 5pm. Loop 287 will be closed from 59 to 69 from around 8pm till after 10p so make sure to avoid the area if you aren't going to the fireworks.
