Listen to Børns and Lana Del Rey’s Dreamy New Song, ‘God Save Our Young Blood’

Børns is starting 2018 off with a bang. On Tuesday (January 2) the up-and-coming avant garde pop star revealed a new single, "God Save Our Young Blood," which features the one and only Lana Del Rey.

The dreamy song enlists the help of hazy production including reverbed synths and a flurry of percussion as the chorus kicks in, but the main focus is on Børns and Lana Del Rey's vocals, as they pray:

"God save the breeze, save the words from my lips / Save the birds, save the bees, baby save me one last sip while you strip on the beach / I'll save you in the waves if you swim too deep / God save our young blood, God save our young love."

The song will be included on Børns' sophomore album, Blue Madonna, which is slated for a January 12 release.

Lana Del Rey has a busy year ahead of her as well, as she gears up to head out on her LA to the Moon North American Tour, which begins January 5 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and ends February 28 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
