Cat Makes Strange Sounds When Scratched, Does Yours? [VIDEO]

I think this works on all cats.  When you scratch around the base of their tail, it creates some involuntary crazy actions.  Some are different than others, but my cat Jack does this exact same thing.  I wouldn't recommend doing this to a cat you don't know.   They could turn on you quickly and bite.

Seems like they like it, but don't know why.  Some sources on the internet  say that this area could be sexually stimulating to your cat, so of course I am never doing it again.  But it's the internet, so I take it with a grain of salt.   Does your cat do strange things when you pet it?  Wait, are you a cat hater?
