2013 People’s Choice Awards – Winners List
While many snipe that even prestigious awards like the Oscars are nothing but giant popularity contests, the People's Choice Awards is exactly that -- and proudly so.
Thousands of voters weighed in on their favorite actors, actresses and singers plus a whole slew of other categories -- seriously, like, a hundred of them -- and on Wednesday, Jan. 9, the winners were announced in a ceremony at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles hosted by 'The Big Bang Theory' star Kaley Cuoco.

The mother, who only noticed that something was wrong because her cat started hissing at the snake, who was obviously trying to devour the small child, quickly yanked the snake off of her daughter. It seems that the python bit the child several times but didn't do any serious physical harm.
