(Explicit language in videos) Scattered storms dotted the East Texas map on Saturday afternoon and evening. Most of those storms provided brief heavy downpours and quite a few lightning strikes, however, a cell that moved through Polk County produced a short-lived tornado.
Not every state gets excited about catching rainwater, but Texas does. Texas will give us an award for doing it well, and there are tax incentives. Oh, and we can even drink it. But there's an art to it.
