Chris Brown may be having the worst week ever.

The controversial singer, who reportedly trashed his dressing room and broke a window after a tense interview with 'Good Morning America's' Robin Roberts on Tuesday, stopped by BET's '106 & Park' to apologize for his actions.

"First of all, I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, or anybody who was offended or really looked, and [was] disappointed at my actions, because I’m disappointed in the way I acted," he said on Wednesday.

The violent reaction was triggered by questions about ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who recently dropped a restraining order against Brown. The order stemmed from a 2009 incident, in which he allegedly attacked her.

Still, although ABC News denies it, Brown insists that he was misled by the interview. "I felt like they told us this just so they could get us on the show to exploit me. That’s what I thought. So I kind took it very, very hard," he said.

See the (admittedly blurry) video below, then sound off: Is Chris Brown telling the truth?
