It's been five months since Chris Pratt filed for divorce from wife Anna Faris, but that doesn't mean the split's gotten any easier. The 38-year-old actor opened up about the separation in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly.

"Divorce sucks," he said matter-of-factly. "But at the end of the day, we've got a great kid who's got two parents who love him very much."

"We're finding a way to navigate this while still remaining friends and still being kind to one another," the Jurassic World star continued. "It's not ideal, but yeah, I think both of us are actually probably doing better."

After eight years of marriage, the couple announced their separation in August before filing for divorce in December.

Faris told Women's Health earlier this month that she and Pratt have nothing but "love and friendship" for one another as they continue to co-parent Jack.

"What Chris and I try to do is to communicate openly," the actress explained. "We reiterate that there aren't rules to this. We have a lot of love and friendship, and our big goal is to protect Jack. I cherish my family, my close friends, my child—that makes the rest of it worth it."

Meanwhile, rumors have spread that Olivia Munn and Pratt are now dating, but the actress quickly debunked them and posted screenshots of a text conversation with Faris to prove it.
