On Friday morning (Oct. 20), a thief broke into the property of Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian-West before ransacking three vehicles belonging to members of their staff. Luckily, the intruder was quickly greeted by the guns of Yeezy and Kim K's armed security team, according to TMZ.

The robber never made their way into Yeezy and Kim K's Bel-Air mansion, and ultimately only got away with an iPhone belonging to one of Kim and Kanye's staffers. TMZ also reports cops are now on the hunt for the intruder.

While the robber didn't make off with anything of much worth, Kanye and Kim are taking no chances after she was robbed for $10 million in Paris a little over a year ago. That's the reason for their armed security team, which, in this instance, proved to be incredibly effective.

In happier news, Kanye, who's expecting his third child with Kim in the coming months, recently broke another pretty crazy record. A couple of weeks ago, Kanye became the first artist to ever go platinum in the U.K. through streams alone after moving a total of 300,000 equivalent album units for The Life of Pablo.
