I'm not going to try and explain the 'Fifty Shades of Grey' phenomenon. If you don't know, it's not my place to corrupt you. Either way, here's my take: I've read all three books and I've been rooting the entire time for Alexander Skarsgaard to play the role of Christian Grey with someone like Emma Stone in the role of Anastasia Steele.

When I heard that unknowns like Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam were cast as the main characters, I said, 'WHO?!?!?'

Turns out Dakota Johnson is the daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson and is no stranger to appearing scantily clad on screen.  Either way, I'm sure she's working out like crazy because let's face it, the camera will be catching her from EVERY angle imaginable!

Charlie Hunnam in the role as Christian Grey. Hmm, can he pull it off? I can't rightly say as I've never seen any of his work, but he's going to have to be pretty good at playing a moody, conflicted, alternating successful confident man one minute, then a little boy the next.

What emotion do you emote during S&M scenes? I guess I'll have to get back to you on that. Either way, you may know him from Sons of Anarchy, Pacific Rim or Queer as Folk.

Social media exploded when these two were announced as the leads. What do you think of the casting? Frankly, I think time will tell. Everyone has to get discovered somehow, right? I'm just not sure people want to look THAT close! Trust me, I'm not hating. I've already checked Fandango to purchase my opening weekend tickets. I will be there. :) BTW, the movie is set for release August 2014.
