It's finally in theaters, the sequel to Guardians Of The Galaxy! I really thought that they wrapped up the first movie in a bow for you at the end, but there is more to discover.

Seeing the first Guardians of the Galaxy was just overload. New to me characters and more, since I had never read the original comic book. There were actually 2 comic books, one starting in 1965 and one starting in 2008. That's is what all started this alternate Marvel Universe. These were no small comic books in my opinion on round 2, coming in at well over 120 pages for each. So there is lots of material to use for the movies.

This really was a fun filled movie, I enjoyed it all the way till the end. It was visually interesting. They did a lot of slow-mo entire crew with stuff blowing up behind them while walking away shots. Looked like a moving movie poster. Crazy special effects. I also watched the first one, and it's amazing how much even further they have come with the digital animation next to live actors. Look for lots of cameo's and some funny moments thanks to baby Groot, bringing the hard core comic relief. It really is a funny movie, even thought it's an action/sci-fi. If you like thinks blowing up real big like I do, I would hit this one for sure. The numbers from the box office alone tell you this is a must see for the start of the summer blockbuster season.

Make sure and stay till the VERY end of the movie, so you can see why they put David Hasslehoff's pictures next to baby Groot.
