Hip-hop has always had love for comedian Dave Chappelle and the feeling is mutual. The lauded funny guy was the comic of choice for Saturday Night Live recently when A Tribe Called Quest graced the stage to perform songs off their new album, We Got It From Here... Thank You for Your Service. There's no better man for the job when Tribe is in the house.

While Chappelle isn't in the public eye as much as he was when his hit comedy Chappelle's Show kicked off in 2004, the memories he's made both in and out of the game are timeless. Take this 2004 XXL cover story for instance, in which he sits down with five of his favorite MCs for a hilarious, but also thought-provoking conversation about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. M-1, Talib Kweli, Kanye West, Sticman and Common all take part in the talk.
