Lovatics have long been inspired by their hero: Demi Lovato has risen above her much-publicized personal struggles to reclaim a successful career, keeping fans informed about every step of her recovery process through confessional posts on social media.

Those efforts are being celebrated in a new book, 'Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year,' to be released Nov. 19 by Macmillan Publishers. A Spanish edition will hit stores Dec. 3. Her two-book contract with the publisher also calls for a memoir to be released at an as-yet-undisclosed date.

'Staying Strong' will include 365 of Demi's favorite quotes alongside daily affirmations. "I am a firm believer in starting off the day right with an inspirational quote and sort of a morning meditation," Demi says in a Keek video announcing the book today (Sept. 9).

The book's cover shows a background portrait of the 21-year-old star, with images of soaring blue birds superimposed. A sneak peek at a few inside pages can be seen here.

The 'X Factor' judge has been unusually open about her life-long issues with addition and eating disorders, and recently revealed she was suicidal at the age of 7.

She hopes her enthusiasm for the feel-good project is infectious. "It's just something that I'm excited about," she says. "I hope you all like it and I hope it inspires you all to be staying strong."
