If you often find yourself exclaiming things like "zetus lapetus!" when surprised or shocked, then this news is for you: This summer, Disney Channel will air a Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM) marathon on its network in celebration of its 100th flick!

Over Memorial Day Weekend, the channel will run a nonstop, fifty-one-film marathon of some of its most popular DCOM movies, including High School Musical, Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century, and Smart House. The program will begin on Friday May 27 and run until Monday May 30, with encore showings of these films as well as the remaining forty-nine titles to air on the network across the summer.

In addition to airing all hundred DCOMs on television, Disney also plans to release the films on VOD, including iTunes, Amazon, Instant Video, and Google Play. According to a press release, Disney Channel holds the record of having six of the Top 7 original cable movies of all time: High School Musical 2, Teen Beach Movie, Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie, Descendants, Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension and Camp Rock.

Due for release over the summer, the network's 100th DCOM, Adventures in Babysitting, will be a loose remake of the '80s theatrical film of the same name. Starring Girl Meets World's Sabrina Carpenter and Descendants' Sofia Carson, the flick will follow the misadventures of two rival babysitters as they must track down their respective kids when they go missing in the city. Released in 1987, the original family-comedy was directed by Chris Columbus (in his directorial debut) and stars Elisabeth Shue, Keith Coogan, Anthony Rapp, Bradley Whitford, and Johnny Lyon.
