Does Lufkin Need a Light at Loop and Feagin Drive?
Do you ever get stuck in long lines at the intersection of Feagin Drive and Loop 287?
If your a Lufkin resident then you have probably had to endure the dreaded wait at this intersection. The intersection as of now is a stop sign with stop and go style traffic. The wait times to get through this intersection can take up to 20 mins depending on the time of day. Occasionally this intersection will get backed up as far as Whitehouse and Feagin.
It seems to me that a traffic light for the intersection would be the best solution to speed up traffic in the area. Please tell me what you think, do we need a traffic light or is their some better solution to speed up drive time through this intersection.
