With all the splits this year, it's refreshing to see a successful marriage in Hollywood.

Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman have been married for four years now and it doesn't look like their love affair will end anytime soon. So what's their secret?

Compromise.

Drew told Us Weekly that they started with pointing out things to each other that were tough for them. Then there has to be a willingness to change. This will tell you why you're fighting for your marriage.

"My husband used to tell me, 'I hate that we're always racing to the airport. It's like an anxiety attack.' And I thought, 'Yeah, why am I fighting for that?' I don't like anxiety, so now I pack the night before."

She went on to say that compromise is changing yourself for the better and an opportunity to become more functional. Drew said it's the little things that you can change to make the relationship stronger.
