East Texas Bombers Roller Derby Wants You

We spoke to some members of the team to see if you wanted to join! 

We had Psyblock, Murderita, and  Shread Pool in the studio today, they spoke a bit about some of their upcoming bouts. They really want to spread the word and get everyone out to the events. The first one they mentioned was Batman Vs Joker Skater Mash Up Double Header. Doors open at 2pm and everything starts at 3pm. A Second game starts at 5pm.  Admission at the door $10, Veterans or active duty just $5. Buy tickets before the game from a bomber $5 for anyone. Kids 10 and under free! Please feel free to dress up like your favorite superhero. It's December 2nd at the VFW Post 1836 in Lufkin. A portion of the proceeds will be going to "Bags Of Love"

To get those tickets from a Bomber just stop by the VFW Car Show and Swap Meet this Saturday at the VFW from 9am -5pm. Whole you are there ask them about becoming a Bomber yourself. They are looking for women 18+ to be on the team and men to be referees and other volunteer duties. You could also stop by a practice at the VFW from 6-8:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Get fit and have a good time with the East Texas Bombers Roller Derby League.
