Eminem Sets New Record

With the release of his new album 'Recovery', Eminem has achieved another milestone in his career.

Eminem has sold over one million digital copies of his Grammy-winning album, and is now the first artists to sell over one million digital copies of an album. The news comes hot on the heals of the release of  'Hell: The Sequel', a new album released by his Bad Meets Evil project with Royce Da 5'9". This album debuted at the number one spot on the Billboard sales chart. This is the first time in five years, that an artist has landed two albums in the top spot, within a 12-month time span.

Eminem's manager released this statement saying, "We are thrilled to congratulate Eminem on the history-making digital sales success of Recovery. Over the years we’ve made a concerted effort to engage Em’s online fan base so this achievement is especially rewarding. Eminem made an amazing album with ‘Recovery’ and the fans responded in record numbers."
