Today we're highlighting great performances by actors in music videos.

We don't feature nearly as much music videos as we should on these "Fast Forward" posts. We are, after all, a radio station website. We might just have to start posting more music videos. Let us know what themes you'd like to see featured in our posts and we'll find you the best of the best.

Here is the music video that inspired today's theme. Carly Rae Jepsen became Americas sweetheart pretty fast, and the only way to up that factor was to add Tom Hanks, the most trusted man in America.

As soon as we saw the video for "I really like you," our brains reminded us of the time Christopher Walken showed off his sick dance moves in that Fatboy Slim music video.

You can spot the celebrity pretty quick in this Offspring music video that was made its debut in 1998. 1998? Seems like this celeb claiming to be a "new girl" has actually been around for quite some time.

There's no way we would leave of this performance. Jennifer Love Hewitt showed up in Enrique Iglesias' "Hero" video, making it more of a mini movie rather than a music video.

If you like these, be sure to subscribe to the authors of the videos to show your support. Feel free to watch the clips from our station's YouTube channel, and again, don't forget to subscribe. Type "FFTF" in our search bar to see other "Fast Forward To Five" posts.
