Guinness World Records Name Worlds Smallest Dog [VIDEO]

A Brown Chihuahua named Miracle Milly, has taken the crown as the worlds smallest dog. I have a black and tan Chihuahua her name is Boo. She is tiny and weights around 4 pounds. To put Milly in that perspective, Boo is a giant at 4 times bigger, as Molly weighs in at just under a pound.

She was only one ounce when she was born, and fit in a teaspoon. If you are looking for a tiny dog, and Guinness was, Miracle Milly is your pooch. Found this video of Milly last month when she visited the View.
