Help Stop Crime by Test Driving Cars!

Do you like crime?  No, of course you don't.  Do you like grilled hamburgers?  Yes!  Well, you probably do.  If you don't, that's okay.  Do you like live music?   How about test driving cars?  Now, we're talking!

This Saturday, June 3, Al Meyer Ford located at 800 N. Medford, Lufkin, is hosting a one day only Crime Stoppers fund raising event.  From 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., each test drive will earn Crime Stoppers of Lufkin $20 with the opportunity to raise as much as $6,000 donated by Al Meyer Ford.

We will be there with a K-Fox streetcast  from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.   Sean will be grilling hamburgers with beef sourced from Lufkin's own Massengill's Meat Market. Fresh Patties for everyone, including some amazing smoked sausage.

The CrimeStoppers Band, a non-profit musical group sponsored by Crime Stoppers of Lufkin, Inc. will be performing from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  All members of CrimeStoppers Band are either working or retired police officers.

Come on out, say hello, grab a burger, enjoy some music and go test drive some cars* while raising money for Crime Stoppers of Lufkin!

*No, you may not test drive the K-Fox SUV.  Pictures, however, are encouraged and please share them on any of your social media platforms.
