Veterans Day is this coming Sunday, and will be observed this Monday November 12, 2018. To make this extra special for you or the veteran in your life, come enjoy all the fanfare that surrounds this Huntington landmark event.  We will be celebrating veterans from all branches of the military.

It all kicks off with the parade right on the main streets of Huntington. Line up for the parade will begin at 9am with the kickoff at 10am. If you would like to be on the route and see the parade, try to find a place near one of these landmarks.

It will begin near the Huntington Middle School Gym, traveling down Main Street, and then going past the Huntington Rehabilitation Center. The center serves as home to several of our veterans going as far back as WWII. Festivities in Centennial Park will follow with music, food, booths, giveaways, and most importantly, recognition of the many veterans living in our surrounding communities.

The event is presented by the Huntington Business Owners Association. Please contact event coordinator, Marilyn Davis, to register your parade float, add your booth to the activities, or help by donating to the celebration! Click Here to find out more.
