Rapper Vanilla Ice was knocked the *&#@^$ out in an ice skating accident earlier this week... Ironic, isn't it?

Robert Van Winkle aka Vanilla Ice was rehearsing for Dancing on Ice, a reality show in the U.K. and was rushed to the hospital after a fall on Tuesday according to MSN. Vanilla hit his head while practicing a routine with his professional partner, Katie Stainsby, and passed out.

Now, I'm not really trying to hate on Rob. I've actually hung out with him several times... and one of them he even gave me an indecent proposal;) That was awkward! There's not enough latex in the world!
