J.K. Rowling’s New Book Is Called ‘The Casual Vacancy’

And there are NO wizards! Not even one.

The Casual Vacancy is set in an English town, Pagford, where a sudden death shocks the community. It turns out, Pagford is a town at war.  From Rowling's website:
