James Franco To Attend University of Houston

James Franco is still working on getting a Ph.D. from Yale, but apparently he's already planning to start working on another Ph.D. from the über distinguished creative writing department at the University of Houston in 2012.  About 400 people apply each year, and only 20 are admitted.  Of those, half are getting their Ph.D.  He's studied pretty much everywhere else, so why not UH?
