Justin Bieber is persona non grata in Atlanta. The locals are already protesting his temporary residence in the Buckhead neighborhood of their city. Sounds like there are a lot of non-Beliebers in Hotlanta.

We're not shocked. The Biebs' exploits in Calabasas -- spitting, speeding, smoking pot, sizzurp and more -- have been well-documented. He is taking up residence in the A-T-L for now and was reportedly looking at pricy real estate and that sent up alarm bells.

Residents scheduled a protest for today (Feb. 24), since they fear the singer might harm their kids with his reckless behavior, eradicating their efforts to build a safe community.

The Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition launched a petition and organized a protest, with 200 people committing to attend. According to TMZ, the petition read: "We have worked hard to achieve our goals and get where we are. Justin Bieber's relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children."

It also read: "Some can't even let their child play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence before. What's to say he won't do it again?"

It ended as such: "Please don't allow a child to ruin what we have worked so hard to obtain."

Maybe The Biebs ought to think about baking some treats or casseroles to impress the neighbors.
