Australia is pretty strict about what they the let into the country. It's pretty small and has a very fragile ecosystem. When I heard that Katy Perry's new album included seed paper I thought it was a neat idea. They see it as a danger to health and indigenous plants in Australia, but surely Katy Perry's people already thought of a solution to this right? Well they did actually, the Aussie version of the disc comes with harmless flower seeds of local origin, and seem to have been deemed harmless by the government there. The problem is that "Prism" is the number one album in the country, and they are worried that people will buy the album as an import for the US version online. They may be right, as it's cheaper. Perhaps due to the special seeds! Hopefully they will be able to have there Katy Perry there and plant it too.
