Lady Gaga Performs New Song ‘Hair’, Bald, Plus Sports Blue Armpit Hair In Canada [VIDEO]

At this point, Lady Gaga has done pretty much everything you can think of to her hair.  So what was left? Bald and beautiful!

During her performance of her song 'Hair' on the Paul O'Grady Show in the UK,  there was hair everywhere!  A hair-covered piano, a  turquoise dress made of synthetic hair, wig on the piano.  Hair all over the place, everywhere but where it should be - on her head.   Halfway through the song, Gaga finally puts on the wig and finished the song.  But if you look close, it was just a bald cap, a pretty good one though.  So we still haven't actually seen her shaved dome...just yet.  Never say never, right Britney?
