Lil Kim got a chance to get some closure when she appeared on the season finale of the E! show Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry. Kim received a message from spirit of The Notorious B.I.G. through the show's host, clairvoyant medium Tyler Henry. According to Tyler, Biggie wanted Kim to know that he wants his legacy to live on in a dedication and feels it hasn't been done yet.

"It's amazing because right now I'm working on music for him but he's on the record," said a surprised Kim. "This is a beautiful connection and it's all for the love of him."

The medium then tells Kim that the larger-than-life Brooklyn MC is insistently calling her his soulmate, to which an emotional Kim answers, "That's crazy... my hands are sweating."

The Notorious B.I.G. was shot and killed in a drive-by on March 9, 1997. Though Biggie and Kim's bond was well known in the hip-hop world, the Junior M.A.F.I.A. members didn't have time to work through their tumultuous relationship on good terms given the suddenness of Big's death. Kim has vocalized in the past that Biggie was the love of her life.

"It's like Biggie came through as, like, a former lover, no different than any former lover would," Henry told ET about the experience. "But he came through very strongly and acknowledging that he wanted her to know that they were soulmates and how much he loved her."

Lil Kim has paid tribute to the rap icon many times over in song and was even featured on Faith Evan's Biggie tribute album The King & I earlier this year, but now it sounds like the Queen Bee is looking to memorialize Big with a full-length project of her own soon.

This full episode of Hollywood Medium airs tonight (Aug. 23) at 9 p.m. EST on E! Check out the teaser clip of Kim's exchange with Tyler Henry—and B.I.G.—below.
