Lil Wayne has teamed up with OC Ramps Inc. to donate ramps to a New Orleans skate park.

The ramps were initially used during Tune's 2nd Annual Lil Weezyana Festival in late August, as part of a pop-up skate park created by the California-based provider of skateboard ramp kits. After the show, the ramps were set to be shipped back to the West Coast, but Wayne and OC came together and decided to donate them to a local spot called Parasite Skate Park, reports PR News.

"We figured this is the least we can do in a moment of crisis," OC Ramps states about the recent flooding the region suffered. "We love skateboarding and we love the city of New Orleans. We have nothing but love for the skaters out there and hope they continue to enjoy the skate obstacles as long as possible."

Parasite is located under a freeway, and is one of the few spots to shred still left in NOLA. Wayne drove to the spot himself to help deliver the goods.

Wayne has been serious about the skateboard thing for almost a decade now. He even has a skate park located inside his Miami home. The sport hasn't always been that good to Lil Wayne, however. Last year, the Young Money rapper had to have elbow surgery after he injured his arm during a fall. He later showed off gruesome post-surgery photos of his arm on Twitter.
