Pitbull name dropped  Lindsay Lohan in his #1 song "Give Me Everything," and actress is far from flattered.  TMZ reports that Lohan has just sued the rapper for saying, in the song, "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."  TMZ says that in the lawsuit, Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, claims that the lyrics "are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff" because of the song's "wide appeal."

The lawsuit also states that Lohan is suing under New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.  Ovadia wants an injunction to stop all the defendants from broadcasting "Give Me Everything," and is also seeking unspecified damages.  Ovadia is the same attorney who sued E*TRADE on Lohan's behalf for its commercial in which a baby named Lindsay is referred to as a "milk-aholic."  That was settled for an undisclosed sum.

Hope we don't have to stop playing the song.  Wonder if Pitbull is going to have to give Lindsay everything!  Make it rain!
