Justin Bieber enlisted dozens of stars to help him count down to the release of his new song, "What Do You Mean" -- stars from Ariana Grande, Tori Kelly and Miley Cyrus, to Britney Spears, Will Ferrell and Martha Stewart. Now, the song has finally arrived. "What Do You Mean" is slightly similar to "Where Are U Now," Justin's collaboration with Jack U, but not as electronic-sounding. It's somewhat mellow and hypnotic, with Justin singing, "What do you mean?/When you nod your head yes/But you wanna say no/What do you mean?" The black and white lyric video features Justin skateboarding with professional skaters Ryan Sheckler and Chelsea Castro, who pull off some impressive tricks. In a statement, Justin says, ""It's been an amazing journey to write, record and deliver this record to my fans. I'm so glad people have participated in it, and I hope they are receptive to it and love it as much as I do. This is only the first step in the journey for me. This album is so personal to me, there's so much of my heart and soul in it, and I can't wait to bring my fans along for the ride." Justin will perform "What Do You Mean" this Sunday at the MTV VMAs for the first time publicly. He'll be on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night, and take over NBC's Today show for a week starting September 7. Justin's next album, due November 13, will be his first since 2013's Journals and 2012's Believe.
