Officers arrested three suspects Wednesday afternoon in connection to $21k worth of tools shoplifted from Home Depot.

The following information is from a Lufkin Police Department media release;

Marquis White, 19, of Corrigan, Lance Minneweather, 26, of Houston, and Jasmine Hinds, 27, of Livingston, are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity in connection to six shoplifting incidents at Home Depot over the past two months.

They've hit Hope Depot five times, and this attempt would have been their sixth.

The citizen pictured below was believed to be law enforcement by Marquis White, due to the citizen's attire and demeanor. He shouted for White to "get on the ground," to which White complied until the police arrived.
