Meth Is Bad News: Man Under The Influence Broke Into A Zoo, Yelled ‘I Am Tarzan’

Meth is a helluva drug. A guy under the influence broke into Santa Ana Zoo and tried to be at one with the animals. He climbed trees, went into animal exhibits, and yelled 'I am Tarzan!'
