Miley Cyrus has always been admirably kind and giving to her Smilers. (She even won an award from Make-A-Wish for her charitable good deeds.) Her most recent gesture went out to an adoring fan by the name of Caley Camarillo.

According to E!,Caley had been fighting a long battle with cystic fibrosis, and to put a smile on the ailing girl’s face, the 21-year-old singer sent Caley’s mother Teresa a sweet video to share with her daughter.

Teresa posted the video to Facebook after her daughter tragically passed away last Friday (June 13). “I just wanted to share how things go full circle,” she said in the post. “Miley Cyrus was the very first celebrity that Caley was into and the very first celebrity she met….Caley’s life was then sent into an amazing journey meeting a lot of wonderful people who have taken the time to get to know such an amazing soul. Back to the full circle….Miley Cyrus sent this to Caley and she was able to watch it an hour before she had passed.”

In the video the blonde singer sends out a heartfelt message to Caley. “I know we met a few years ago, but I want to let you know that I’m still praying for you, I’m still thinking about you, I’m sending you some love, and I just want you to know that you are on my mind and in my heart,” she said.

Miley even dedicated her next concert to the late Caley, sending out a tweet before her show in Lisbon, Portugal on Sunday (June 15).

It really seems like the pop star's video made Caley's last day a good one. Great job, Miley.
