I like Hamburgers. If you were to ask me my favorite food, anytime in my life, it would be the Hamburger. It's almost a complete meal in a bun. We ran, not walked, across the street to Carl Jr's to try their new burger "Most American Thickburger" today.

There was a lot going on with this burger. I think the thing that was going on the most was the price. This is an expensive burger. I got the combo with a small drink and some onion rings and we were past $10. I could go eat out at a real sit down restaurant for that. But the question really is, taste. Is this burger good. I think it was okay. I mean there is a lot going on. The one big difference with it, upon first glance is a big ol' hotdog right on the top. That really sets it apart. But then you hit the bottom, and there are quite a few baked Lay's potato chips.

It was interesting, but really throughout the entire thing, I was thinking there would be more ketchup, mustard, or at least some Mayo. But there was just a bit of ketchup on the bun. This thing comes fully decked out with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Even with all that, the taste of the hot-dog really just covered up the taste of the entire burger. It was for sure an experience, but I think better suited for National Hot Dog Day. Enjoy the pictures, and I hope you have a chance to bite in to a burger, on this "Most American" of holidays.
