We all avoid our Friends From College like the Dickens (okay, just us), but Netflix’s newest comedy will make it impossible. How I Met Your Mother alum Cobie Smulders and (technically) Keegan-Michael Key will lead a new Netflix comedy series from Neighbors creator Nick Stoller, bringing together Friends From College.

Per the streaming service’s official announcement, husband and wife team Nick Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Francesca Delbanco will will serve as executive producers and writers, with Stoller starting direction on all eight episodes this fall in New York. In addition to Key and Smulders, the cast includes Annie Parisse, Nat Faxon, Fred Savage (!) and Jae Suh Park.

So reads the synopsis:

The show centers on a group of friends who went to Harvard together and are now facing down their forties and experiencing a range of success, or lack thereof, both professionally and domestically. With interwoven and oftentimes complicated relationships with one another, the series is a comedic exploration of old friendships, former romantic entanglements and balancing adult life with nostalgia for the past.

That would likely place a premiere at some point in 2017 at the earliest. Will Netflix’s stream of star-studded new shows ever cease?
