A Michigan hospital is under fire after a lawsuit claims it approved a father's request to exclude people of African-American origins from his child's care. This note was taped to a baby's clipboard in the neonatal intensive care unit at the Michigan hospital.

The hospital argues that they didn't fulfill the father's request and that at the time they were  concerned about their staff's safety after the father showed the hospital staff his swastika tattoo. But there is a trail of patient records that prove otherwise and leave us wondering.

Was the father's request really denied? Did the hospital do everything it could to protect it's own staff and the patient from someone they claimed they were worried about? There seem to be many elements of this story that are sinister. Watch the video below.
