One Direction fans will be lining up outside of theaters once again to catch their five idols on the big screen. The band’s first documentary hit, ‘This Is Us,’ is getting a sequel!

According to the Daily Star, the news was confirmed by Morgan Spurlock, the director of the band’s movie debut.

“Yes, there will be a follow-up to ‘This Is Us,’” Morgan shared. “At this moment, [producer] Ben Winston is with the band on their world tour filming what happens.”

He added, “I know Simon Cowell wants the band to get awards for this and was upset when they missed out on being nominated in the music category for an Oscar on our film. ['Best Song Ever'] was a good song and I was surprised that they weren’t even considered. This time he will want them to try again.”

Oscar nominees? On top of being internationally successful pop stars? The sky is the limit, boys!

The British-Irish boy band spent that the last two weeks in South America on the first leg of their worldwide ‘Where We Are’ tour. They’re currently on a short break before heading back home to kick off the UK leg.

‘This Is Us’ was released in theaters this past summer and shared an intimate look at what the five lads get up to while on the road. With the kind of antics the boys have been up to so far this year — we’re looking at you, Harry — we bet that the follow-up to their documentary will be even better than the original.
