Pink’s Controversial New Video

Pink has been known to write and sing some controversial lyrics for her songs and videos for those songs often follow suit. That is no different for Pink's latest effort "Perfect". This song is from her latest album "Greatest Hits So Far", the video that was made for this song will shock you at first but the overall message of the video (and song) is one of hope.

I'm sure my newest video for "F**kin’ Perfect" will be much like some of my other videos, which basically means I expect it will ruffle some feathers.

My favorite books, art pieces, films, and music, always have something jarring about them. I want art to make me think.
In order to do that, it may piss me off, or make me uncomfortable. That promotes awareness and change, or at least some discussion.
That is my intention.

Pink made this song and video to make people more aware of what's going on in the lives of many children, teens and young adults. But she shows us that no matter how dark or bad things get there's always hope and a way out.
