Due to huge thunderstorms moving through the area overnight, there were power outages all over the East Texas Area.

UPDATE 3/10/2016

Deep East Texas Electric Cooperative is reporting approximately 200 meters out as of 10:30 am with the majority of those in Sabine County.

Extreme high water conditions in that area have slowed restoration as several roads are inaccessible.

Crews are currently working to access these areas to restore power as quickly and as safely as possible.

Please report all outages by calling: 1-800-392-5986.

According to the National Weather service we are still under multiple flood warnings as rain continues. There have even been a few small schools that had early dismissals. If conditions continue to worsen we will will update this post with pertinent information.
