Driving around today, we saw this accident in Lufkin, right at the railroad tracks.

Right where Feagin turns into South Angelina Street, at the Pershing intersection near Chambers Park we came upon this accident that could have turned out so much worse. It's hard to see in the video, but the vehicle getting towed away had impact damage on the top of the passenger side. Breaking through the window and putting a hole about a foot in diameter and pulling back the roof.

I am always glad to see lots of people on the side of the road, that had stopped to help. You can tell that they had been there since the beginning of the accident, and were ready to give their side of the story if needed.
We were able to overhear that everyone was okay, and that no one sustained any injury.

I thought about talking to the officers about the accident, is that something you would like to know? I really just think the visual of a giant truck and the other vehicle up on the wrecker was all I really wanted to share.

It's really strange to see an accident this bad, at an intersection that I drive by everyday.
