Snoop Dogg's name was just cleared in a pretty hefty lawsuit following an incident that took place at his 2016 concert with Wiz Khalifa in Pennsylvania. After the front row railing at the concert collapsed, which sent a slew of fans to fall 10 feet onto the concrete floor, 17 fans filed a lawsuit against the "Moment I Feared" rapper, Wiz, as well as Live Nation.

According to TMZ, a judge threw out the lawsuit against Snoop, as the other side sued him in the wrong state. Reports say that the suit was originally filed in Pennsylvania, but being that the veteran MC is from California, the judge agreed that he had no business being involved and cleared his name. As of now, Khalifa and Live Nation are still fighting the suit, but we'll see what the judge decides to do moving forward.

If you recall, viral footage hit the web last year, which showed the trail of fans falling after the railing collapsed. 40 people were injured in the incident, with one fan claiming to have fractured his spine. The fans filing the lawsuit claim that Snoop and Wiz were inciting a stampede by allegedly yelling at them to "bring your ass down here."

It's good for Snoop that he is taken out of this legal mess, but Wiz might still have to go through the process with Live Nation. We'll be sure to keep you updated.
