So This Koala Climbs in Our Boat… [VIDEO]

I love koalas, and now I want to take a trip to Australia just in the hopes that I might end up hanging out with one for a little bit. Check this guy out! Cutest little hitchhiker ever.

A group paddling through an Australian creek gave him a ride recently after he climbed in their boat. According to The Telegraph:

It is possible this koala felt trapped on the bank of the tidal creek and decided the canoe was its best available escape route.

Local media said the astonished canoeists put the animal on an embankment at a local golf club where koalas were known to live in the gum trees.
