This is the first I had heard of getting a sunburn on your eyeballs. Anderson Cooper was reporting for 60 minutes on a boat into the ocean during cloudy conditions for just a couple of hours with no sunglasses, and apparently the glare off the water of what little sun was out caused his eyes to become burned.
