It shows a guy telling the camera that he's going to show "Tigger and Pooh Bear how to Cat Daddy".

When he goes up to Tigger, he teaches him the moves, and they both do it together at the same time. But no one was expecting the other moves Tigger had learned and perfected. Watch the clip below - there is just something funny about watching cartoon characters dancing. My favorite part is when Eeyore does the Party Rock Anthem shuffle at the end!
