Ever wondered how Charlaine Harris' southern vampire series caught the eye of True Blood's creator Alan Ball? Apparently he was early (for once) and stopped into a book store when he saw her Sookie books. And the rest is history!
Isn't that crazy...
Last night was the premiere of the seventh and final season of True Blood and while I consider myself a True Blood junkie, I was a little lost during the first part of the show.
I am a diehard Trubie! I never miss an episode even thought my husband thought last night's episode of True Blood sucked as a lead up to the season six finale... I thought it tied up quite a few loose ends rather nicely. I can't believe the season finale is already here...
I pre-ordered my copy of Charlaine Harris' final Sookie Stackhouse book months ago. Imagine my surprise when I woke early this morning, glanced at my phone and realized Dead Ever After was finally available for download!
No one lives forever... At least, that's what the trailer for season six of True Blood promises. I love this crazy, sexy, supernatural show taken right out of the pages of Charlaine Harris' Southern Vampire Mysteries.
Halloween is a blast! You get to dress up! People let their hair down. It's a complete departure from the hum drum of every day life into fantasy. For one night, you can be whomever you want to be! I think that's one of the reasons I like True Blood.
