The Lufkin Panthers fall to Plano West in a heartbreaking 55-52 loss.

The Lufkin Panthers 2012 Season came to an end today in a heartbreaking loss to the Wolves of Plano West.  The Pack mounted a tremendous comeback from a 24 point deficit in the second half and and went ahead in the fourth quarter only to lose in the last three seconds of the game.  Fans were on their feet throughout the entire game on both sides in one of the most exciting games of high school football we have seen in years.  They finish the record breaking season with a record of 9-4  We are so very proud of the Panthers and would like to Congratulate them on another great season! Go PACK!!
