Get your tissues ready, because things are about to get very, very teary up in here.

On July 26, 2015, Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late, great singer Whitney Houston, passed away at the age of 22. While an intimate, private funeral was held for Brown back in early August, on Friday September 4, director-producer Tyler Perry shared on his Facebook page the moving video tribute he had put together for the young woman's services.

"The Houston estate asked if I would share this tribute that I put together for Bobbi Kristina's private funeral. On behalf of the Brown and Houston families, we would all like to thank you for your prayers and support. God bless," the film-maker wrote on the page, sharing the nearly 4-minute long video he created for the funeral.

Appropriately set to Houston's 1996 The Preacher's Wife ballad "You Were Loved," the video features a roll of personal photos of Bobbi Kristina growing up, as well as pictures of Bobbi with various family members, including touching snapshots of Bobbi as a young girl with her parents Whitney and Bobby Brown.

The emotional video opens with this quote from Bobbi Kristina: "I hope you feel my love, pain, beauty, agony at times, blessings all the time. No one understands me. And I don't expect them to, but I will try to spread my love and my story through words and this blessing of a powerful voice mom has given me."

It's fitting that Tyler would make a video for the late Bobbi Kristina; in 2012, the young actress and singer had a brief role in his film For Better or Worse as Tina, the receptionist. In a perfect world, maybe Bobbi would have gone on to star in more films or make a name for herself in music like her mom, but for now, it's nice to know she's with Whitney.
