People in East Texas historically don't sport a lot of tattoos. I don't have one, but a lot of my friends do. I kept thinking since the 90's that they would stop being a thing. But the popularization and normalization of the art, once taboo in the past, is growing. Especially here in the bible belt.

I know all of our local tattoo artists have a following, and sometimes do work after their day jobs. Now we are looking are looking for the best. If I was to ever get a tattoo, it would have to be from the best. Do we have someone here that you think is the best?

If you don't have a great imagination, and want to rely on the tattoo artist, they will need to be creative, and come up with original artwork. Someone that is dedicated to their craft, can do virtually anything, and still make the tattoo recognizable.

Nominate your favorite tattoo artist now (October 11th) through Wednesday October 31st. We will tally the votes, and then everyone will vote for your nominees. Just make sure that the tattoo artist you nominate is aware that you are putting them up for this recognition. They will get bragging rights, and some free publicity.
