Family Guy, 8 p.m. -– The Griffin family attempts to climb Mount Everest to launch season 11.

American Dad, 8:30 p.m. –- Season eight starts with Roger establishing a bar in the Smith family’s attic, where Hayley becomes a singing star.

Once Upon a Time, 7 p.m. -- As season two of the fantasy drama gets under way, the fairy-tale characters awaken from Queen Regina's curse, but are not transported back to their home.

Revenge, 8 p.m. -- Emily plots her next move in the second-season premiere.

666 Park Avenue, 9:01 p.m. -– In this new drama, a couple agrees to manage a New York City apartment building plagued by supernatural forces. It stars Rachael Taylor, Dave Annable, Vanessa Williams and Terry O'Quinn.

 

Showtime

Dexter, 8 p.m. -- Dexter's sister, Debra, tries to reconcile with her murderous brother in the season-seven premiere.

Homeland, 9 p.m. -- The Emmy winner for best drama kicks off its second season. Claire Danes' character, former CIA case officer Carrie Mathison, has undergone treatment to improve her mental health, but she faces a new threat.
